jlmm will respond to verifiable data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is particularly complex or involves a large volume of data, jlmm may extend this period by up to sixty (60) additional days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
Identity verification required: To protect your data from unauthorised disclosure, jlmm must verify your identity before fulfilling any data rights request. You will be asked to provide your registered mobile number and a valid government ID as part of the verification process.
The jlmm Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and older. jlmm does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. In the Philippines, the minimum legal gambling age is 21, and jlmm's registration process includes age verification to enforce this requirement.
