jlmm accounts are strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. Registration by minors is prohibited under PAGCOR regulations.
Each registered player may hold only one active jlmm account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals at jlmm are denominated in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied.
jlmm provides deposit limits, loss limits, session alerts, and self-exclusion tools. Players are expected to use these tools proactively.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions will help you navigate your obligations and rights as a jlmm account holder.

By accessing the jlmm Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jlmm's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jlmm Platform and must not create or continue to maintain any Account. Continued use of jlmm following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to jlmm is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement reflects the minimum legal gambling age prescribed under Philippine law and regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). jlmm reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify a Player's age.
Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using jlmm. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source subject to applicable verification requirements.
The jlmm Platform is operated for the Philippine market. Players must be physically located within the Philippines and must not be residents of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory. The use of VPNs, proxies, or other geographic circumvention tools to access jlmm from a Restricted Territory is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate Account termination.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly notify jlmm of any changes.
Each individual Player may hold only one (1) active jlmm Account. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. jlmm reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any duplicate Account violations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlmm login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. jlmm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
You must notify jlmm support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account. jlmm may suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.
jlmm may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including but not limited to before processing withdrawal requests, after reaching specified deposit thresholds, or in response to applicable regulatory requirements. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID), and proof of address not older than three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jlmm may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays.
You may request the closure of your jlmm Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure, after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements or pending transactions, will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days. Accounts closed due to violations of these Terms may have balances withheld pending investigation.
jlmm currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jlmm reserves the right to extend processing times where KYC verification is outstanding or where a transaction is flagged for security review.
All transactions on jlmm are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlmm does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction.
Anti-Money Laundering: jlmm complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You are required to withdraw funds through the same payment method used for your deposit (the "payment source rule") unless otherwise approved by jlmm's compliance team.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jlmm are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a jlmm Account must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any winnings derived from the use of those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion's terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Account. jlmm will not reinstate expired bonuses.
jlmm reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; systematic low-risk gameplay designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
All games available on the jlmm Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game elements streamed in real time. jlmm's game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not subject to manipulation by jlmm or any third party.
A bet placed on the jlmm Platform is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, as evidenced by a transaction reference number. jlmm reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet that is placed based on erroneous odds or technical errors, and to refund the staked amount in such cases.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during a game round, jlmm's server logs shall be the authoritative record of the game state at the time of disconnection. jlmm will make reasonable efforts to credit any winnings due to a Player's account following a confirmed technical failure, subject to the server record.
Certain games available on jlmm are operated by third-party game providers under licence. Those games are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant game provider, copies of which are available upon request. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's specific game rules and these Terms, the game provider's rules shall govern for that specific game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlmm Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:
jlmm reserves the right to withhold and permanently forfeit any Account balance where prohibited conduct has resulted in financial gain to the Player. jlmm may also report relevant conduct to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities.

Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect. Requests to decrease limits take immediate effect.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion via the Account settings page. Self-exclusion options include temporary breaks (24 hours to 90 days) and permanent self-exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended, and jlmm will take reasonable steps to ensure that the Player is not targeted by marketing communications. Players should be aware that self-exclusion on jlmm does not extend to other gambling operators.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, software, databases, and other intellectual property rights in and associated with the jlmm Platform are owned by or licensed to jlmm. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any jlmm intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the jlmm Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmm and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jlmm's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the PHP value of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time of the relevant incident.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jlmm is an entertainment platform. Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money. jlmm does not guarantee any specific outcome and is not liable for losses arising from lawful gameplay conducted within these Terms.
jlmm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the jlmm Privacy Policy.
jlmm will share Player data with relevant Philippine regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and AMLC, to the extent required by applicable law. jlmm employs appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

jlmm reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlmm will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the jlmm website.
Your continued use of the jlmm Platform after any amendments to these Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendments.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed by contacting jlmm's customer support team. jlmm will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlmm's internal process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. In relation to disputes arising from games or regulatory matters, the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR may also apply.
